He also owns and leads Titan Fabrication, Inco Services, Milco Constructors, M Industrial Mechanical, Midwest Consulting, which aids customers in occupational safety and training – all, included Titan Contracting, under the umbrella of Horn Industrial Services.

While a successful industrialist, he, too, is a philanthropist.  In 2007, he created the Michael E. Horn Family Foundation which supports numerous causes and project in Owensboro and Daviess County, KY – including Kentucky Wesleyan College.  His support made possible the renovation of the former Playhouse into the Panther Baseball Hitting Facility, including numerous other projects with the Baseball program.  The Foundation awarded over $50,000 to Daviess County students seeking higher education, in addition to $280,000 awarded for a variety of projects in the area.  In 2012, he was the recipient of a legum doctor honoris causa (honorary doctor of laws) degree from Kentucky Wesleyan College.
