Dr. Kyle Besing posts education videos to his YouTube channel

 

Kyle Besing is an Associate Professor of Mathematics and the Mathematics Program Coordinator at Kentucky Wesleyan College. Kyle received his PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 2015. He also holds a master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from UAB and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana. His research interests include mathematical physics and spectral theory. Specifically, the effect of disorder on the localization properties of quantum systems. Kyle also strives to incorporate new and effective pedagogies into his classes based on current mathematics education research.
