Violinist Alfred Abel and pianist Diane Earle will present a Duo Recital Sunday, Nov. 1, at 2 p.m. in Tapscott Chapel at Kentucky Wesleyan College. The pair will perform music by Amy Beach, Ernest Bloch and Joseph Achron. Abel is Visiting Artist in Violin at Kentucky Wesleyan College and Earle is Artist in Residence. The duo have been performing together for eight years. Both musicians perform extensively as soloists, chamber and orchestral players. The program is free and open to the public, and a reception will follow. The recital is part of the Dr. Paul W. Hagan Chamber Music Series.
