My name is Sarah Kelly, and I am the Admissions Counselor for all Transfer and International Students here at Kentucky Wesleyan. I was born and raised in New Jersey and attended a small college similar to KWC, called Misericordia University, which is located in Dallas, PA. There, I was able to create my own major because I was interested in too many subjects – I changed my major five times, yet managed to complete my degree in four years. I finished my undergraduate career with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a major focus in Business and Social Sciences and a minor focus in Education.
While in college I swam on our D3 swimming team and was active in Student Government and was a Resident Assistant on campus. After getting my bachelor’s degree, I went directly to graduate school at Miami University (in Ohio) and earned my Masters in College Student Personnel. I have lived in NJ, PA, Ohio, NY and now Kentucky, which truly feels like home!
