Zoology at KWC
Kentucky Wesleyan is one of the few colleges in the country that offers a Zoology major. It is intended for students who plan a career in the areas of wildlife resources, wildlife conservation, fisheries biology, etc.
By the time you complete a zoology major, you will be well prepared for competitive employment opportunities at the state and federal level, or in the private sector. Ideally, during your four-year undergraduate program, you should complete an internship with an appropriate agency (see photos below for one such agency).
Additional information, degree requirements, suggested four-year plan, and course descriptions are located in the KWC Bulletin (Catalog). Please click here and then access the degree or program via the bookmarks on the left of the page.
