Owensboro, Kentucky (February 8, 2015)—The Kentucky Wesleyan Singers will sing during morning services Sunday, February 15th, at Settle Memorial United Methodist Church, 201 E. 4th Street. Under the direction of Dr. Bradley Naylor, the Singers will perform music by European and American composers with texts both ancient and modern. Alongside well-loved favorites by European composers Mendelssohn, Duruflé, and Rutter, the choir will sing exciting music by Americans Randall Thompson, Glenn Burleigh, and William Dawson. Also, President Bart Darrell will bring greetings from the College. The choir will sing several pieces during the 8:30 and 11 am traditional worship services, and sing a spiritual at the beginning of the 10:45 a.m. service. The public is welcome to attend.
