Owensboro, Ky. (March 25, 2015) – Violinist Alfred Abel and pianist Diane Earle will present a Duo Recital Sunday, April 12, at 2 p.m. in Tapscott Chapel at Kentucky Wesleyan College. The pair will perform music by Bach, Sarasate, Dvorak and Schumann. Abel is Visiting Artist in Violin, and Earle is Artist in Residence and Professor of Music at Kentucky Wesleyan College.
The recital is free and open to the public, and a reception will follow. It will honor the memory of Dr. Paul W. Hagan, who died in February, and who created Kentucky Wesleyan College’s Dr. Paul W. Hagan Chamber Music Series.
