Morgan Russelburg

First-Year Experience Program and Academic Advising Director

Morgan Russelburg is a 2014 graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Following her graduation from Wesleyan, she attended Western Kentucky University and received her Master’s Degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education. She previously served Kentucky Wesleyan as a Resident Director and Director of Student Involvement. Most recently, Morgan was brought back to Wesleyan to direct the First-Year Experience program and Academic Advising.

She is proud to be a Panther and understands the important role of advising on campus. Please feel free to stop by her office in the Barnard-Jones Administration Building, Room 213.

Jericho Smith

Jericho is a graduate of Lindsey Wilson College in the class of 2017. He then proceeded to earn a Masters in Education from Western Kentucky University in 2019. After that, he became a member of AmeriCorps. AmeriCorps is the federal agency for national service and volunteerism. It provides opportunities for Americans of all backgrounds to serve their country, address the nation’s most pressing challenges, and improve lives and communities. The advising staff is happy to have Jericho onboard.

Jericho is outgoing and loves to help others.His goal is to improve the college experience of Wesleyan students and to be their to support all of their academic goals.

Madeline Clements ’22

Freshman Academic Advisor

Madeline is a recent graduate from Kentucky Wesleyan College where she was a Biology Pre-PT major and Psychology minor. During her time at Wesleyan, she was captain of the women’s soccer team, president of Kappa Delta sorority, was involved in the Pre-Professional society, sang in the Kentucky Wesleyan Singers, and was involved in a variety of other clubs and organizations. While she is new to the position, she brings interesting insight to what the current students need in regards to academic advising due to her being one of these students just a little over a year ago.

Madeline enjoys talking and relating to students and is very excited to assist incoming freshman. She loved her time at Wesleyan and is committed to helping all incoming students love their time here as well.

Josie Greathouse ’27

Student Intern

Josie Greathouse is a freshman at Kentucky Wesleyan. She is eighteen years old and is a commuter student. She also works at a gift gallery/pharmacy in her hometown, Beaver Dam, Kentucky, which is about 45 minutes south from the college. She is an artistic person so she is always either listening to music or doodling. Spicy and savory foods are her favorite and she loves anything to do with the color green. Josie loves helping people and can get along with just about anyone! Josie can help us understand what current students need and offers creative insight on how we can help! We are very excited to have her on our staff!
