The Bonner Leaders Program is an intensive community service and leadership development program. As Bonner Leaders, students make a four-year commitment to serve approximately 200 hours annually. The bulk of those hours are spent at an identified community partner organization. For the remainder, students participate in leadership training and other skill-building workshops. Students receive an hourly work-study stipend in exchange for their time, as well opportunities to participate in Bonner network conferences.
