Brescia Exchange Form

Student Name(Required)
Address(Required)
Kentucky Wesleyan College students are eligible to enroll in most of Brescia University’s undergraduate courses, however, enrollment in equivalent courses is limited and requires the authorization of a student’s advisor and Program Coordinator. Traditional students can take a course at Brescia as part of their normal schedule if there is a conflict with the equivalent KWC course or if the course is not offered at KWC in its normal rotation. Online (ODC) students are also eligible to take courses as part of the Brescia Exchange if the course is provided in the online format and the course is not offered at KWC in its normal rotation. Students may also take courses that are not essential but would count as an elective credit toward their degree. These courses also need the same approvals as above and fall within the max hours (18) allowed during a semester.
(Please note this does not guarantee a seat in a Brescia course): The Registrar will contact Brescia to see if there is a seat available and provide the needed information to Brescia to enroll the student. The student will then be registered for the equivalent course at KWC.
