FAFSA Waiver Form

I will not file the FAFSA while attending Kentucky Wesleyan College. I understand that with this decision, I forfeit the right to any government aid, including grants, loans and work study (KEES money will not be affected, if eligible. Additionally, I understand that I will not be eligible for any institutional funds besides my KWC academic scholarship.

FAFSA Waiver Disclaimer
Families have a choice to file the FAFSA or not in making their financial plan for college. It is important to note, that students are eligible for academic scholarships only with a FAFSA waiver at Kentucky Wesleyan College. To receive aid other than academic, families must file the FAFSA.
