Please complete the form below and we will be happy to evaluate your unofficial transcripts.
Please be sure and note a few important items:
- This is a preliminary evaluation and is subject to change.
- Evaluations will only be done on completed courses with a final grade of C or better.
- The name of the school must appear somewhere on the unofficial transcript.
- Please allow 14-21 business days for an evaluation. Once completed, potential students will receive an email with the unofficial student transfer evaluation.
- Please note that due to time constraints, evaluations will not be completed in the months of April and August.
- In order to receive an accurate evaluation, we ask that you upload an unofficial transcript for each school you have attended. These documents will be retained by Kentucky Wesleyan College.
- International transcripts must be evaluated through World Education Services (WES) and cannot be completed using this form.
