Holocaust Survivor and Renowned Attorney John Rosenberg Inspires and Encourages Owensboro Community

A crowd of over 400 students, staff, faculty and community members with young families packed Legacy Owensboro Church on Sept. 18 to hear Prestonsburg attorney John Rosenberg reflect on his life as a small child in Nazi Germany and his career as an attorney and advocate for civil rights in America.

“My mother, father, brother and I escaped that horror, and found a home in this country; so, we will always be eternally grateful that this country opened its doors to us.

“I truly believe you will not find a more gratifying and rewarding way to spend your lives than in service to others who need it.”
