Professor Donna Hanley has planted a tree on the Wesleyan campus every Earth Day since her arrival in 2006. On Earth Day 2016, Professor Hanley was surprised with a tree planting in her honor as she prepares to retire. She is assistant professor of developmental education and coordinator of freshman academic advising and student retention.
