Paying your tuition and fees at Kentucky Wesleyan College is secure, simple, and designed to fit your life. We’re here to help you stay on track financially—so you can stay focused on your goals.
Online Payment
Paying online is fast, safe, and convenient. You’ll need:
- Your Student Account ID#: a 10-digit number beginning with “0,” found in the upper left corner of your monthly statement. If you need help locating it, contact the Cashier’s Office at 270-852-3108.
- A valid payment method: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or a personal checking account (driver’s license required).
Payments submitted by 3:00 p.m. CST are credited the same business day. Payments after that time, or on weekends or holidays, are credited the next business day.

Interest is assessed on the final business day of each month. To avoid interest charges, pay in full before that date.

We know education is an investment—and we want to make it manageable.
Kentucky Wesleyan partners with Nelnet Campus Commerce to offer a low-cost, interest-free monthly payment plan for the fall and spring semesters.
- No application required.
- Flexible monthly payments that fit your budget.
- Plans must be active by the enrollment date and paid monthly to avoid finance charges.
