Interest-free monthly payments that fit your budget.
Simple online enrollment. No separate application required.

How it works
- Set your monthly payment date and add your payment method.
Make on-time payments each month through the portal. Students who miss two monthly payments are subject to plan cancellation and must pay the semester in full by the posted due date. - Estimate your semester balance and choose the plan.
- Important timing: Activate your plan by the plan enrollment date and schedule payments so the fall balance finishes in December and the spring balance finishes in April.
Quick Facts
- Semesters covered: Fall and Spring.
- Who can enroll: KWC students and families with a semester balance.
- What it costs: Low-cost, interest-free plan through Nelnet; standard convenience fees may apply for card payments when paying the College directly outside the plan.
Staying in good standing
A 1% monthly financing fee is charged by the College on any outstanding balance not covered by an active, on-time plan (except in August and January). Accounts with balances must be paid by the Mid-Semester Date to avoid enrollment impacts.
Students with balances over $1,000 cannot register for the next term. External collections may be used if internal efforts are unsuccessful.
