Checklist for Accepted Online Students
Congratulations on becoming a Panther! We are excited to help you reach your goals with KWC Online. Please review the following steps to secure your KWC Online enrollment.
Step 1: Confirm Your Enrollment
To secure your enrollment, click the button below to notify KWC Online that you’ve accepted your offer of admission and intend to enroll.
Step 2: Submit Your FAFSA
All students should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) This is used to determine KWC Online student eligibility for federal and state (for Kentucky residents) financial aid opportunities.
To ensure that we receive your FAFSA information, indicate our institutional code (001969) in the Federal School Code field.
Step 3: Submit Required Enrollment Forms
- Student Financial Responsibility Agreement: Acknowledge and accept financial responsibility for tuition, fees, and related costs at Kentucky Wesleyan College, including repayment terms, communication methods, and collection procedures.
- Declaration of Payment Method Form: For our records, please inform the Business Office of your intended method of paying your tuition balance.
- FERPA Release: This form gives permission for others to access your grades, financial aid/billing, and housing. You can access this in your student portal once you have received your login credentials from IT. It will be near the top of the page in a bubble marked FERPA.
- Student ID Photo Submission: (optional) Submit a photo to receive a student ID. Please inform your Online Admissions Counselor if you are requesting a student ID.
Step 4: Student Email and Portal Access
You will receive credentials for your student email and student portal from our IT team.
