Dr. Daniele Celano Leads Constitution Day Discussion at KWC

Kentucky Wesleyan College marked Constitution Day this year with a talk from Dr. Daniele Celano, a historian whose work focuses on 19^th century American legal history. Celano spoke on campus September 17, leading students and staff through a discussion of constitutional amendments and how they have shaped American law and civic life over time.
