Morgan Pierstorff ’10 is a dynamic and visionary leader whose career reflects a deep commitment to international business development and economic growth. A proud graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College, she earned her B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on international relations and Political Science in 2010.

Named the 2019 Outstanding Young Graduate, Morgan has made a remarkable impact in both North America and Europe. She currently serves as the Business Development and Sales Director at Newable in the London, United Kingdom. Previously, she was the Executive Director of the Kentucky European Representative Office in Hamburg, Germany, where she played a key role in attracting European investment to Kentucky.

Morgan’s career journey began at the U.S. Department of State, where she worked as a Global Intergovernmental Affairs Liaison. She later transitioned to the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development, where she managed international trade promotion and supported investment projects. In 2016, she moved to Germany, where she became the Executive Director of the Kentucky Europe Office before joining Newable in the UK.

Passionate about her work, Morgan has traveled to over 25 countries across Europe, where she is recognized for her leadership, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset in the fields of foreign investment, brand ambassadorship, and economic development.
