Step 1: Access Your Campus Accounts
All of the below Campus Accounts utilize the same password. If you are having issues accessing your accounts, your password may be expired. Use the link below to reset your password.
KWC Email Account
- Official KWC employee email account with integrated calendar, collaboration tool, and more.
- Do not give out your account password to anyone.
- KWC ITS will NEVER ask for your passwords.
Step 2: Get Connected
Wi-Fi
Connecting to the KWC Wi-Fi is easy! Every student at the beginning of every school year is given a unique Wi-Fi password that they can use on up to 5 devices. Follow the two simple steps below to connect your device.
- Start by checking your KWC email for your Wi-Fi password. The email will come from our Wi-Fi service provider, CloudPath. When searching for your Wi-Fi password, be sure to search your inbox for CloudPath.
- Once you have your unique Wi-Fi password, go into the Wi-Fi settings on your device. Find the KWC_IT Wi-Fi network and input your unique password.
Having trouble finding your CloudPath Wi-Fi password email, or is your current password not working? No worries. Submit a Help Desk Ticket through the link below.
Step 3: Setup Desk Phone
Desk phones are located in some offices. If your office has assigned a phone to you submit a help desk ticket to set it up and configure voicemail.
