Step 1: Access Your Campus Accounts

KWC Email Account

  • Official KWC student email account with integrated calendar, collaboration tool, and more.
  • Do not give out your account password to anyone.
  • KWC ITS will NEVER ask for your passwords.

Step 3: Setup Your Desk Phone

  • Desk phones are located in some offices. If your office has assigned a phone to you submit a help desk ticket to set it up and configure voicemail.

Step 4: Stay Informed

  • Latest information and system alerts are posted to our official Twitter account, @kwcITS.
