Friday After 5

Friday After 5 is a summer-long series of free outdoor concerts held every Friday on the eight block, stunningly beautiful Owensboro, Kentucky riverfront. Kentucky Wesleyan College has been a weekly sponsor of the Friday After 5 event for many years, painting the town purple!

Airport

Owensboro is also home to the Owensboro-Daviess County Regional Airport. Spanning over 800 acres, the airport has two runways offers direct flights to and from Chicago through Contour Airlines.
