The Owensboro Area World Affairs Council is delighted to invite the campus and local community to a presentation by U.S. Department of Homeland Security Assistant Special Agent in Charge Bruce T. Passmore. ASAC Passmore will speak on the global fentanyl crisis with a presentation entitled “Combatting Illicit Opioids from Beijing to the Bluegrass State.”
