The Heritage Society was established to recognize the generosity of alumni and friends of Kentucky Wesleyan that have documented a deferred gift to benefit the College.
Alumni, friends and volunteers who make legacy gifts to Kentucky Wesleyan College in their estate plans play a key role in the college’s fiscal stability. KWC recognizes the commitment of these visionary donors by extending to them membership in the Heritage Society.
Legacy gifts from society members through their wills, trusts or other estate gifts ensure the continued vitality and development of the college from one generation to the next. A careful review of your assets or estate will identify the best ways to make a gift, whether it is the gift of a specific asset, such as real estate; a percentage of your total estate; or an amount for a special project or fund. Donors often find planned gifts enable them to use assets that might otherwise be lost to income or capital gains taxation. Such support of Kentucky Wesleyan College and its mission is a lasting legacy and memorial to your values and interests.
