Members of the Class of 2024 are invited to join us for Senior Dinner hosted by the KWC Alumni Association!

Join us on May 2 at 6 p.m. at the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum for a special celebration just for the graduates. We’ll have dinner, photo ops, a cash bar, addresses from the Senior Committee leadership and more!

Cocktail attire is suggested. Seniors are required to pay a $5 refundable deposit to secure their spot. Each senior may bring 1 guest for $15.

Senior Dinner FAQ’s

Q: What is Senior Dinner?
A: Senior Dinner is a final celebration for members of the senior class and their guests. It’s a chance for you to let loose with your closest friends before you walk across the stage and head out into the real world! We’ll have dinner, a cash bar, lots of photo ops and addresses from some of the leaders of your class.

Q: Who can come to Senior Dinner?
A: Senior Dinner is open to those planning to walk at this year’s Commencement. Whether you are a December, May or August graduate, if you consider yourself a member of the graduating class and are participating in that Commencement, you’re invited! All seniors are allowed to bring one guest (can be another KWC student but doesn’t have to be). Faculty & staff members are also invited to attend.

Q: Does my guest have to be a KWC student?
A: They do not. As long as they are 18+ and respectful, they’re welcome to be your +1.

Q: Can I bring more than one guest?
A: Nope.

Q: Do I have to go to Senior Dinner?
A: You do not. You’ll just miss a free dinner and lots of fun with your fellow graduates, it’s fine.

Q: How much is Senior Dinner?
A: Seniors must pay a $5 deposit for their seat at Senior Dinner, but the money will be returned to you upon check in. Each senior may bring 1 guest for $15.

Q: The online form only accepts a credit card. Is there another way to pay?
A: If you need to pay another way, please bring cash (exact change) to your cap & gown pickup April 25-26.

Q: What do I wear to Senior Dinner?
A: Cocktail attire for Senior Dinner is encouraged!
