Re-admit Students

Students who have previously attended Kentucky Wesleyan College.

 

  • Step 2: Send Official Transcripts

    • Send official transcript(s) from each college or university attended since your last admission to:Kentucky Wesleyan College
    • Office of Admissions

  • Step 3: Apply for Financial Aid

    • To apply, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online.Submit your FAFSA by the preferred date of October 1. You do not have to wait until you are admitted to Kentucky Wesleyan to apply for financial aid. The earlier you apply, the better chance you have that funds will be available.     
    • This is especially important for Kentucky residents to ensure you receive the best opportunities for financial aid.
    • To ensure that we receive your FAFSA information, indicate our institutional code (001969) in the Federal School Code field and list the appropriate housing code.

 

  • Step 4: Accept your awards

    • Accept your award package online
    • Your Student ID is the first letter of your first name and the first eight letters of your last name.Accepting your award will ensure that your money is ready to be disbursed at the start of the semester.

 

 

 


Tuition Remission for Kentucky Wesleyan College employees and dependents

  • Step 1: Complete an application and tuition remission form

    • Fill out the online application
    • Obtain a tuition remission form from Human Resources.Send the application (unless you submitted it online) and the form to:Kentucky Wesleyan College

  • Step 2: Send us your transcripts and test scores

    • Send an official high school transcript to the address above.Request that your test scores be sent to school code 1518 for ACT or 1369 for SAT
    • If your scores are on your transcript, we consider those to be official.If you are a transfer, send an official transcript from each college or university you have attended to the address above.

 

  • Step 3: Apply for Financial Aid

Transient Students

This includes:

Owensboro Community and Technical College Transient

Students who wish to enroll under an agreement between Kentucky Wesleyan College and Owensboro Community and Technical College where full-time OCTC students may enroll in Kentucky Wesleyan business courses tuition-free.

AND

Visiting Transient

Full-time students attending another college or university who wish to enroll at Kentucky Wesleyan College for credit.

 


Non-Degree Seeking Student

Anyone who wants to take a class (or classes), but is not working on a degree.

 

  • Step 2: Submit a copy of your driver’s license or personal identification card.

Senior Citizen

Anyone who is 62 years of age or more may enroll at Kentucky Wesleyan College tuition-free. You may take classes for credit or audit them up to a maximum of 15 hours. We need the following items from you:

 

  • Step 2: Submit a copy of your driver’s license or personal identification card.

High School Dual Credit

Currently enrolled high school students who wish to enroll at Kentucky Wesleyan College for college credit course work.

 

  • Step 2: Submit your official high school transcript and ACT or SAT scores.

  • Step 3: Submit a letter of permission from your high school principal or guidance counselor.

Auditor

Students who choose to take classes at Kentucky Wesleyan College without receiving credit.
