Accounting

The Kentucky Wesleyan College business programs prepare students for professional careers in business and/or graduate studies. This preparation involves a curriculum that stresses analysis and communication, theory and practice, as shaped by the needs of the global business community. Ethics and values are emphasized in the curriculum, as well as technical efficiency and accountability.

Why study Accounting at Kentucky Wesleyan College?

We integrate real-life experiences into our classroom instruction, and we review for the CPA exam as a part of course work. Our students also know we are always available and will do anything to help them.

Opportunities

Several of our students do paid internships. Many students find jobs after they graduate while others go to graduate school. Many of our students join CPA firms, but there are many other jobs that are available as well.
